Can you cuddle your baby too much?

This week "Pointing Rachael" is attempting to look stern!

Because dammit people, you cannot cuddle your baby too much. Pointing Rachael knows what she's talking about! Pick them up, snug them, soothe them when they're fractious, eventually they'll be awkward teenagers who find you embarrassing (or just toddlers that are very very busy!). So if anyone tells you that you cuddle your baby too much, and you'll make them clingy, show them Pointing Rachael and her stern face!

Quick note from non-pointing Rachael too:

Put your baby down if you need to.

Feeling touched out? Hand that baby to someone else or just put them down for a breather.

It is ok to meet your own needs.

Pointing Rachael is proving a point but also approves of this point too.

- Rachael (who has overused the word point and now it looks weird.)
